Journal - Today you will be selecting
a global issue topic to use in the next two units for this class. When you
hear/read the words “global issue” what comes to mind? Elaborate and explain
yourself.
I think it's when something is wrong with this world, like world hunger, global warming, child neglect/abuse, poverty, etc. I feel like people need to get together and do something about these things and put a stop. There are some organizations that do, like United Nations. There are many issues on the site and many people donate to support the cause. This is what I think a global issue is.
